COVID-19 Update
After much deliberation, we have decided that we will not be hosting any in-person classes in 2020 due to COVID-19. It is also unlikely that any virtual childbirth classes will be available. We will however have some online breastfeeding classes and belly support classes if that interests you. You can read more about them here
Our Doula Services can help guide you through this journey to motherhood and support you virtually during the birth. You can read more about those services here
We are also offering Virtual Wellness appointments that can provide a place to talk and receive some experienced pregnancy, labor, and motherhood advice. You can read more about these appointments here

I’m so happy we were able to take the Birthworks class with Trisha in such comfortable, therapeutic environment. Trisha is extremely knowledgeable about birth, and she takes an artistic approach to teaching the class. While she covers all the facts involving pregnancy, childbirth and postnatal care, she also weaves in an incredible spiritual side to motherhood, which I believe is much more powerful than learning just the facts. I absolutely love her natural, smart approach to childbirth and her confidence that we are all capable of birthing naturally and exactly the way we want. I feel empowered after the class and much more confident in myself about giving birth. This class gives you the tools to learn the facts, learn from and bond with other mommies, and most importantly, it teaches you to believe in yourself. Thanks, Trisha!
