We use your phone number and email to communicate information about your appointment requests, upcoming appointments, and to provide any updates about your appointment. Also, any client who has opted into receive text message reminders from our online scheduling program, Schedulicity, will be sent a confirmation text when an appointment is booked, rescheduled, or canceled, and a reminder text 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. All clients who provide emails while scheduling their appointment will also receive a confirmation email about the appointment and a reminder email 48 hours prior to the appointment. Clients will also be notified via email when appointments are rescheduled or canceled. Emails will also be used to send our clients requested referral information, follow up about appointments, and to send you information about our studio events, news, and discounts.
Personal client contact information you provide us is primarily used to communicate with you about appointment details and to determine if we are available, if you are within our service range, and to determine who could best serve you. We may also use your address to send thank you notes and promotional materials.
